Angelica Sandoval
Director of Operations
Angelica Sandoval currently serves as Director of Operations, managing multiple vendor relationships, compliance, contract management, systems and infrastructure across the HEAR Center, ensuring they operate efficiently and align with the organization’s mission and goals. She joined the HEAR Center in 2014 as a volunteer supporting the Hearing Screening Program. Over the past 11 years, she has grown with our organization through a series of leadership and clinical support roles, including EMR Specialist, Audiology Aide, Screening Coordinator, and Programs Manager.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from California State University, Los Angeles, Angelica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role at HEAR Center.
As a registered Audiometrist, Angelica is committed to expanding HEAR Center’s screening services throughout Los Angeles County. Her personal experience with significant hearing loss in both ears inspired her career in audiology and continues to drive her passion for improving access to hearing healthcare.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Angelica enjoys traveling and cheering on her favorite teams, the Los Angeles Dodgers and the LA Rams.
